In work package 2, Mars will collect specifications from its machinery and will communicate these product requirements to Rodenburg and Taghleef.
Rodenburg will define a recipe for the precise Solanyl C compound to be delivered in the course of this project. Given all input, machines with Rodenburg will be calibrated and a first test run will be carried out. Since Taghleef’s machinery may only accept food-safe contents, interim tests will be carried out by a certification institution. Since all principal food-safety issues have already been ruled out during the development phase, these tests will be mainly concerned with migratory effects of Solanyl packaging.
